The Family Firewall and the free poster are digital downloads. You get the files as soon as checkout finishes.

If a file does not arrive or will not open, message us through your Whop receipt and we will resend it.

If you bought the kit by mistake and have not downloaded it, message us through Whop and we will refund the charge.
